These terms of service (“terms”) apply between you and Symax Software Solutions B.V. (“Symax”, “we”, “us”) whenever you use this website. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Our commercial services — event timing, live graphics, results services and the Phoenix platform — are provided under separate written agreements with event organizers, and those agreements prevail over these terms for the services they cover. The RaceHub platform at race-hub.io has its own terms of service.

You may browse the site and use its content for your own information. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• interfere with the site’s operation, for example through automated bulk requests, scraping at scale or introducing malicious code;
• misrepresent an affiliation with Symax or use the site to send spam or deceptive messages.

The content of this site — text, design, photography, video, logos and product interfaces shown — is owned by Symax or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Symax, Phoenix and RaceHub names and logos are trade names and marks of Symax Software Solutions B.V.

You may not reproduce, distribute or publicly display material from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution — for example in press coverage — is welcome.

The site links to third-party services, including social media platforms and the RaceHub event platform. Event listings shown on this site come from the public RaceHub API, and registering for an event happens on race-hub.io under RaceHub’s own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but event details, dates, product features and portfolio descriptions can change and may contain errors. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; quotes for our services are made individually.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Symax is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, including reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

How we handle personal data on this site is described in our privacy policy. Spoiler: we collect very little.

We may revise these terms from time to time, for example when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be submitted exclusively to the competent court of the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
